Ticket Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all tickets purchased for the Lost Woods Music Festival. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General No-Refund Policy: All ticket sales for the Lost Woods Music Festival are final. Lost Woods Music Festival operates under a strict no-refund, no-exchange, and no-transfer policy once a ticket has been purchased, except in the event of a full cancellation of the festival as outlined below.
   
   
2. Refund for Event Cancellation Only: A full refund of the ticket face value (excluding any per-ticket service charges, processing fees, or order fees) will only be issued if the Lost Woods Music Festival is officially canceled in its entirety by the festival organizers.

• • Definition of Cancellation: A full cancellation means that no portion of the festival can proceed or be rescheduled, as determined solely by Lost Woods Music Festival management. This includes cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disaster, government order, or other force majeure events that make the event impossible or unsafe to hold.
  • Partial Cancellation / Schedule Changes: No refunds will be issued for partial cancellations, changes to the festival lineup (including specific artists, performance times, or stage assignments), or changes to the event schedule due to any reason, including but not limited to weather delays, artist cancellations, or technical difficulties. The festival reserves the right to make changes to the lineup and schedule at any time without prior notice.

3. Refund Process (If Applicable): If the Lost Woods Music Festival is officially canceled, the following refund process will be initiated:

• • Notification: Official notification of cancellation and refund instructions will be communicated via the official Lost Woods Music Festival website (lostwoods.live), social media channels, and email to ticket purchasers.
  • Automatic Refunds: Refunds will be automatically processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • No Action Required from Purchaser: Ticket holders are not required to submit a refund request if the event is canceled. All eligible refunds will be processed automatically.

4. Event Rain or Shine Policy: The Lost Woods Music Festival is an outdoor event and is scheduled to proceed rain or shine. Attendees should be prepared for various weather conditions typical for Cedar Falls, Iowa, during the event dates. In the event of severe weather that does not result in a full cancellation, the festival will follow its Severe Weather Action Plan to ensure attendee safety, which may include temporary pauses or adjustments to the schedule. No refunds will be granted due to inclement weather unless the entire event is canceled.
   
   
5. Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable. Any tickets found to be resold or transferred outside of official channels may be voided without refund.
